Store Policies Tons of T-Shirts.Com offers the following Returns Policy: We make our best effort to exchange or return all our t-shirts if you are not satisfied with your t-shirt or shirts. Once placed an order cannot be cancelled. Most of our orders are shipped out the same or next business day. However some can take a few days for processing. If an item ordered is not in stock within 15 business days, we will refund your money. After 15 business days please contact us and request a refund if you do not want to wait for t-shirt to come in to our warehouse. If an order is placed and part of the order is on backorder we will remove the item or items from the order, refund those items and ship the rest of the order. Please note we do offer faster shipping options including Priority and Express Mail. Please keep in mind that our standard time frames do still apply. If you select Priority or Express this simply means that when shipped your package will be shipped with that method. It does not always mean you will receive the next day. We do not refund these charges so please check with us first if you need a package for a specific day. If you order a t-shirt and it does not fit or you want a different t-shirt we will issue a store credit only. Please contact Customer Service at info@tonsoft-shirts.com to obtain a return authorization code. Please include your order number. Once this is provided you may ship back to our exchange department and we will issue a store credit that you can use to repurchase another size or any other item on the site. Please note we cannot exchange any washed t-shirts. If the t-shirt is not in stock we will issue you an e-certificate that can be used for any of our movie t-shirts, vintage t-shirts, funny tee shirts, or any item on our site. We do not refund shipping charges unless we send the wrong item. Many of our items are shipped via distributors not us. Please note that all items must be returned according to our return and exchange policies not the distribution company. We will have no notice of receipt if the package is not sent to us according to our return policies. Please follow our policies listed on this page. If you are shipped the wrong size or the wrong item, please contact us for an exchange authorization code. We will reimburse you to ship the items back to us. All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Yes we do sell wholesale. Please see our wholesale page for more info. T-Shirt Models: Are you a model looking for exposure? If so please contact us. We are always looking for new t-shirt models to model our cool tees. We also will consider advertising your website so feel free to contact us if interested Got A T-Shirt Idea? If you think you have a good t-shirt idea, please email us with it. If we like it we will purchase it or share the profits. Our Wackyshirt website is where we sell custom t-shirt designs. We accept all types of t-shirt designs including vintage or retro t-shirts, movie quote t-shirts, funny tee shirts and more.
